i need help with continuas charges on my microsoft account

This charge does not appear on my Mirosoft account so I cannot access any communication that would help me. My Credit Card company will not stop the charges nor issue me a refund and say that I need to resolve that with the supplier. I seem to be caught in the middle. I don’t know where this charge originated.

Microsoft cant help you stop the charges unless said charges are coming from your own personal Microsoft account. Thats why your CC company needs to resolve this. Thats unfortunately the only way to resolve this sort of situation.

There is a charge on my credit card that is a Microsoft subscription that I did not authorize, and is not associated with my Microsoft account. I need to cancel that, and I haven’t found anyone to speak to about that.

If the charge isnt appearing on your own Microsoft account then the only option would be to have your bank block the charges because cancelling/refunding the charges from the Microsoft end would require having access to the account that the charges are originating from.

If the charge was not on any Microsoft account that you have access to, you need to contact the bank and report those charges as not recognized so they can do the proper procedure to investigate and block the charges on your bank account

Microsoft can't review accounts that you don't own that's why they can't help if you don't know the account, this will break the Privacy Policies of the accounts, but the ones that can't deny you to help it's the bank

You need to contact the bank and you open a claim for fraudulent charges on your account, they can't also deny you to block further charges

After that then the bank should open an investigation about those charges then they will contact Microsoft, and then Microsoft can do something as will be a law requirement

You will need to phone Xbox Support as this is a billing issue.
