    I need help with both the Xbox app and the Microsoft store


    I was having problems with this, so I decided to complete wipe my pc and it's still doing this. Every time I try and open the Xbox app or the Microsoft store app, it won't let me, it will open and then immediately close.

    I don't know what to do and it is really frustrating paying for gameplass and to not be able to access it. It has been like this for a while and I can't find an answer that can help me on other forum posts.

    The one you mentioned ad the store is the Xbox app, not the Microsoft store app, you need to be logged on both wit the same email as in the Minecraft launcher

    Bought the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle when the game came out but Xbox app on pc says i dont own it.

    If it's showing as "completed" on your order history, we just need to sign out on both Xbox App and Microsoft Store App, once done, go to "Library" on your Microsoft Store App to install the bundle from there.

    I understand you need help with your game problem.

    If I may ask, does the game show up on your Microsoft store app? Try cancelling it on MS store app as well and turn off auto updates from there. You can also log out and log back in on both Xbox app and Microsoft store. See if that helps.

    Please make sure that the Xbox App and Microsoft Store App have the same Microsoft account.

    Kindly sign out both on Xbox App and Microsoft Store App then restart your PC before signing back in on both App.
