    It depends on where the Bluetooth is coming from:

    - If it's from a built-in Wi-Fi/BT card on the motherboard, then you'd be needing drivers from the manufacturer of that motherboard;

    - If it's from a discrete Wi-Fi/BT card (not part of the motherboard), then you'e be needing them from the manufacturer of that card.

    If you bought your system from an off-the-shelf seller (rather than a custom built one), then they may have a resource with all the relevant drivers on their website
