    I have xbox game pass ultimate i bought it last week i play games such as battlefield 1 and rainbow six siege Fifa...ext every game works fine but when i tried to play battlefield v i cant play story mode but i can’t play online it tells me im a trial player this problem happened to me 5 months ago and still happens now any solution please

    I am aware of the difficulty you are having playing online in Battlefield 5 multiplayer because it says you are a trial player. It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I am here to help and let us work on this together.



    To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

    1. Make sure that your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active and up to date. You can check this by going to the Xbox Game Pass section of your account settings.
    2. If your subscription is active and up to date, try signing out of your Xbox account and then signing back in.
    3. If signing out and back in doesn't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Battlefield 5. Some people claimed that deleting and reinstalling the game fixed the problem.
