I need help with a refund request.

I was wondering if there's a way i can request a refund without going thru my oder history and instead simply send a email or something other than going to my order history//order details// request refund Etc.

I'm also posting to the forums because i can't Call or Chat with any microsoft advocates at the time.

But in depth, I made a refund request shortly after i bought the content (2 packs of 1000 apex coins) bought on separate days the 12th of February and the 14th, i didn't receive either of them.

I requested a refund for the pack bought on the 12th the same night and foolishly canceled it because i had contacted EA and they told me, actually they "promised" me to not worry and that they'll get my coins back in no time and that i should cancel the request for the refund.

So of course i did, being the idiot I'm and then after spending 4 more hours trying to give them the proper information and being disconnected and having to start my conversation over and over again nothing was resovled. Then ME being the dumba## I'm

I bought a second pack on the 14th thinking it'd balence it out somehow. idk i was just fed up with EA support. Obviously i didn't get that one and then i went and contacted them countless times just to go in the same circles for nearly a month.

Im not sure what it is but my account is able to contact any microsft advocates even though it's Wednesday at 5 p.m Pacific time. Although I'm probably wrong about the time/day they are acive.

Monday to Friday 24 hours a day?

All i need is the email address they'll actually reply to.

I've tried countless ones and sent the same email regarding my "issue" my still no reply.

i have tried to refund my game but it rejected it although i purchased it under 14 days ago. i only purchased it on march 21st could anyone help

based on the timeframe alone you wouldnt be able to request a refund.

Its also worth nothing that digital currencies are generally not accepted as refundable , and you have to contact in this case EA .

you can connect to chat, reach out on social media platforms, call the company or request a call back, they will be able to see every transaction made and as you should be able to see your purchase history you will be able to prove and dispute any purchases made.

however you do have to accept a disclaimer that if found that the coins/currency has been transferred to your account and they feel that there is anything unjust to your claim once it has been investigated, this could lead to an account or console ban from EA services.
