no that's not possible.

Do you know the email of the old account ? Did you check if it still exists with the search person feature ?

If you still have the email try to log in on the website with the email and click on "forget password". This will send you a link to reset the password and you could create a new one.

One other problem the account to my old Xbox 360 online is so old I have forgotten the password and I can't use it! I do have two other offline accounts on the Xbox 360 that use the dlc of L4D2 could I use one of those to transfer the dlc content instead?

You will need to log in on the Xbox One using the account that was used to purchase the DLC. Then download the DLC by moving to left 4 dead in your game library, and press the menu button on the controller, and select manage game and add-ons, then select the game, and then select Manage installation. Select the DLC you want to download, and then save changes. This will start downloading the DLC. Now go to settings - Personalisation - My Home Xbox, and select Make this my home Xbox. Then come out back to the dashboard homepage, and wait until the DLC downloads. Once you have done that, you can then start the game with the account you want to use, the game and DLC will then work.
