I need help with a Microsoft account problem

I got a new computer recently with making a new Microsoft account, and I had bought Minecraft on my original pc, but I am getting an error where it says that "the game is currently not in my account." I have been trying to solve this problem for days, and each time I do it, it ends up to my other Microsoft account and I try to log in, ending up with an incorrect PIN in which I have reset multiple times and inputted the correct pin 5+ times. TLDR, I can install Minecraft, but I cannot launch it to play the game.

I have tried accessing my computer in order to try and fix this (resetting my password, resetting my pin).

Error code: 0x803f8001

Full error code: Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Based on the description, it appears that you are having an issue on your Minecraft where there is Microsoft account problem. I'm glad you took the time to consider this for us so we can help you figure it out for you.

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

1.Whend does the issue started?

Kindly go to the website of Minecraft and you may check the game license there.

Log in | Minecraft

Just click the green button and sign in your Microsoft account. (Make sure you already migrated your account from Mojang to MSA)

If it is still not migrated, just enter the credentials here (Mojang account)

After you sign in you may see the account that has the license of the game. Sample: Minecraft bedrock shows no buy now, because you have the license to play.

Sorry, but there's not anything we can do for you in that situation. You should have an option to try resetting the password for the email, but unless you remember your passwords, there's nothing that can be done.

Obsessive Power

It may be possible to get access to this account again - it all depends if you can provide enough information to support. To regain access you need to call Xbox Live support. All being well, they should ask you a number of security questions to prove you
are the owner of the account.

Be aware that this is by no means a quick service. It may take up to 30 days.

By Phone and it isn't fixed but the issue has been forwarded to high management as it is not just me having this issue and they said it should be fixed in the coming weeks.
