Hi I change my avatar some and my gamer tag on the 360 and still wouldnt log in to my live account got really frustrated so i gave up and got on my pc and logged into the Xbox app. and clicked on my profile and under BIO was empty it said that i needed to add someone or change my Microsoft store so that the store would know who i was on all my devices but when i tried logging into my Microsoft account as prompt it said i cant use that one to use a work or school account but i dont have either of those so now im getting upset because i dont like throwing money away , when i paid for Xbox live they never said any where that the xbox360 was not under any customer care anymore !! BLA BLA BLA im sorry thank you for trying to help me i am thankful

First of all, when I try to log in to my microsoft acc I need to log in to another e-mail to get a code.. The problem is that I have have never used that e-mail that i'm going to get the code from..

I've seen many others with this issue, but not quite the same.

I play minecraft near daily, and am always logged in on my xbox account. But yesterday when I went on the app I had been logged out, and when I tried to log back in, it said "There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com
from a browser." Except it never gave me the option of logging in, it just took me straight to that page.

This happened with the xbox app, but I gave up because I never use the app anyway and I didnt think it was important. But this just sucks fix it please???

Hey there Larsen! When using Windows 8, it will automatically log you into the Xbox account associated with the Microsoft Account you used on the computer. If you want to use a different account, you need to log into Windows with that MSA. Then your Xbox
app will show the proper account. I hope this helps, thanks !
