I need help trying to get on my Education Edition Account.

First you need to make sure that you have a O365 Education Account. If you do and have signed in before, then I'd recommend checking out the Minecraft Education Edition troubleshooting page to read through possible solutions to your problem: https://minecrafteducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

If you cannot find a solution on that page, then you should submit a support request with the developers of Minecraft Education Edition for more help with their game: https://minecrafteducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I understand you need help in deleting the skin pack for the game.

You can try this:

Open File Explorer and click the View tab and select the Hidden Items box

Then in File Explorer click – Local Disk (C – Users – [your username] – AppData – Roaming – Minecraft Education Edition – games – com.mojang – skin_packs ( for example my location is – C:\Users\csmythe\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Education Edition\games\com.mojang\skin_packs)

Then simply right click the folder name for the Skin pack you want to Delete and Delete it, then Restart Minecraft Education Edition

Minecraft education edition is not totally free, you need to have an educational Microsoft account tied to a school that pays the game.

May I know what happens exactly when you try to sign in to see if it’s possible to do something ?
