I need help trying to get fortnite content that I never recieved

So a few months ago I bought the cobalt pack and 1000 vbucks on the Microsoft store and didn't receive either item i purchased. I have accessed my account via PC and PS4 but it still to this day has not shown up. So what do I do? I cant buy a Xbox one
because I don't have the money and I contacted Epic Games about it and they said they had no such information. So how do I get my stuff? Or is it just gone forever and I can't get it

Yes, it is. All you have to do now is access the email you were using to buy via Microsoft Store and search for the order history, as I said before, and use this data to require information from Microsoft support. Since it is personal information from

Did you buy it through Xbox Live Store, right? Every purchases that we made are located in order history. You can find that accessing your Microsoft account. There is a tutorial here:

If you bought it with your credit card, I recommend you to search the billing data for this purchase.

After that, try to contact Microsoft directly. Here, the support links you need:
