But the fun fact is, that the "Request a call from Support" isn't working in my country it seems..

First and foremost, you need to confirm that you qualify for these offers. For example whether your region is participating in the offer or if you have been a previous subscriber to any of these services. Your region needs to be included
in the offer and you also have to be a new subscriber to the services to be eligible. You are not eligible if you have tried these services in the past. Also something else to note, EA Access is a subscription only available to Xbox One, therefore you wouldn't
qualify for the EA access offer. You can check if you qualify by reading the terms and conditions found in the footer of the following link:

If you qualify and if you do not own an Xbox One console, then you should receive the URL's (not codes) to redeem the offers via Xbox Live messages on the Xbox (Beta) app for Windows 10 or the Xbox Console Companion app (Windows 10
or mobile) sometime this week (first week of December). The special URL's will not be sent via email as far as I know and they will re-direct you to claim the offers on your other accounts. If you want some more immediate assistance then you will need to be
placed in queue to request a callback from Xbox customer support so they can help you out if you do not own an Xbox One console.

5. Select show contact options
6. Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

There is nothing that we can do regarding this promotion on the forums so you will either have to contact Xbox Customer Support for help or wait until you receive it via Xbox Live messages.
