I need help to recover my minecraft account

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

When I fill out that, It forces me to put a email but i created a new account with the email that was hacked since the old account the details got changed (email and password). Adding on, i've been trying the follow up call from support for a few days and it tells me:

'We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.'

If yes, to recover a Microsoft account that is linked to your Minecraft, you will need to know the email address associated with it. In this case, the only option you have is to perform the following workarounds to locate the email address linked to your Microsoft/Minecraft account according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-profile/manage-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution

"Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address that you think is associated with your Microsoft account.

If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. The gamertag that’s associated with this email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

I would like to let you know that creating a new account by using the old email doesn't restore your progress and purchases.

Unfortunately, no one at Microsoft can make account changes. You can try opening a chat with the by clicking the “Contact support” available at the bottom of the Interactive guide. But you're going to receive the same recommendations I shared.
