    I need help to find information about a old account please


    One day when I was trying to play Minecraft it didn’t log into my Microsoft account automatically which is wierd because it always did I tried to find a info if the account like a gmail or phone number used with it but couldn’t find anything I have proof that I own the account. I’m just asking if Microsoft could send me a reply to this gmail of info on a account named 5 or if somebody could help me find info on my account I will appreciate it thank you.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble remembering the information for your old account.

    Fortunately, we have a page called xbox.com/forgot which is very handy in helping you find/remember forgotten information. I would give that page a shot and see if it helps you recover your old account information. ^_^

    You can find it in your download history, on your console goto settings - account - download history.

    Xbox Enforcement     web site hopefully you will be able to find out additional information here about any suspensions. Please note you may need to sign in under your child's account to view this information.

    Old gamertag

    Hi marchickman,

    You will need to complete and submit a Microsoft account recovery form.
    It will ask you questions, you will need to provide as much information as possible. This is the only way to go about recovering an old account.
