    I need help to complete an order to replacement


    Both left and right bumpers on my Xbox Elite Series 2 register presses very poorly.

    I tried to order a replacement, but can't complete the order, due to an error:

    TraceID: 7M4wZcZWMEe6PYjE.34.223

    Can't contact anyone from Microsoft/Xbox, so i'll try this forum.

    I had this same question. When I completed the order for my replacement, the website told me I needed to send it back before they would send a replacement. They linked a set of instructions on how to package it, and the instructions explicitly stated that
    I should not send back accessories. I am confused!
