    I need help to access my games


    So I have wifi which my Xbox said the connection is all good as well as the gamepass ultimate. However I’m unable to play any games as it says I need to sign in on the account that purchased it, I am. It also says on the Home Screen that I need to connect to the Xbox network, I should be and have everything too. Anyone have any solutions or experienced the same things. I tried all I can that I know of atm. I’m on the Xbox 1 btw.

    I’ve tried resetting my MAC address, unplugging my router, moving it closer, disconnecting and reconnecting to my wifi. That I can think off the top of my head right now
