I need help team xbox..

So 14 june i saw that gears of war 4 was in a promotion for 34,99 and the promotion said that last 2 days.

So next day i buy a 25€ code and put it ( i had 11€ in my account)

when i put the code i was buyng the game when i saw that the price changed to 69,99. it was like 21:00 or 22:00 so i should had more 2 hours to pruchase the game.. but i couldn´t... now i have 36€ that i can do nothing with... i really want someone to help
me.. im big xbox fan, i want to buy gears bevause is going to be 4k , and im going to buy XboxX but this situation makes me sad ... if anyone on team xbox sees, can see the date and all of information i give is true.. beside that i talked with chat support
that were incredible but the couldn´t help me... so .. Can someone?

I recently had a run in with someone who now has been harassing me on Xbox and now on social media I have been reported on the 2nd from this kid and apparently on the 3rd when I couldn’t even speak to him or anything’s in the 3rd of this month now I’m am
suspended for 2 weeks please help I want to atleast be assured I’m no the going to get banned and loose my account and loose all the games I’ve bought off of u urs please help or contact me please and thank you

Once a promotion ends, there is no way to get that sale price again unless it goes on sale again. From looking at past Deals with Gold, Gears of War 4 was last on sale at the end of May, not on June 14.

 

you also.have to.take.into account time.differences when quoting dates it's not something you likeave to the last min
