I need help retrieving my microsoft account information for my minecraft account for java.

This doesn't work for me cause I don't know the email.

Please note that once a Minecraft account is migrated to a Microsoft account, it cannot be undone. I'm afraid there is no option to delete just your Minecraft account as it is already considered a Microsoft account. If you want to delete your Minecraft account, you need to delete the Microsoft account.
