I need help refunding a game

I’m trying to refund an Xbox game I bought and it declined my refund saying I reached my refund limit and This is the first game I’m refunding and I don’t understand why it says I reached my limit, so I tried to contact Microsoft and so I entered my number and waited for them to call me and they haven’t called me back at all and now I don’t know what to do

The limit is to prevent system abuse, but if you are positive you didn't asked for other refunds, the best course of action is to contact support.

I also recommend you contact Microsoft Store Support via webchat.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.
