I need help redeeming my code Gears of war 3

Hello, I am having issues to redeem my Gears of war 3 code I already installed GOW4 and GOW judgment and I asked for help on this web site I was told by Rency O that I needed to create a post to your team in order to have this fixed . I have the code I
can give it to you. I am so happy with my new console Xbox one S but I really wanted to install GOW 3

To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

Codes not redeeming

A few days ago I finally got my Gears of War codes after purchasing Gears of War Ultimate Edition a while back. The only problem is Gear of War 1 and 3 codes aren't redeeming (mentions there is something wrong) but Gears of War 2 and Judgement worked. I
have checked my location as recommended but it is all is correct. I don't know what to do and need help.

 

What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the code? Does your account region match your physical location?

That game is region locked, so region is usually the issue.

That happens whenever I try to do it on the web site. And when I try to do it through the console system it says : You can´t acquire this item in your currently selected language. Change your language region

 

I live in Costa Rica , My settings was in spanish by using Mexico region and then I changed it to English and United States was the region but neither of those regions worked to redeem the code. The only one that worked was for GOW Judgment code.

 

That would be the issue. Since Costa Rica is not a support country, Gears of War 3 is not available as a digital download there.
