    I need help recovering my original account


    A few months ago I had tried to log into my Xbox app (after spending some time off of it) to look at my account. It would usually let me sign in to my original account, but this time it had forced me to make a new account instead of logging me into the
    original. So fast forward to today, I find that it wasn't letting me sign into my original account on my Xbox One. So I tried the power cycling thing and that failed, then I tried removing my account from the Xbox One. But when I tried getting my account back
    on it, it had brought the one I made on my Xbox app onto the Xbox. I've spent the past two hours trying to get my original account back but no method is working for me. I'm trying to find out if there's a way I can get my original account back. (Note that
    I have both my Microsoft account linked to the Xbox account.)

    Xbox can only help in password recovery, not email addresses. This is to prevent people from acquiring someone else's account.
