I need help recovering my minecraft account! pretty sure it was hacked and cant get any help.

I do not believe so no, I assumed having my phone number added as security would've been enough

so, there is an automated system for Microsoft customer support that a lot of people will call by mistake that is why I sent you that link because it directs you to a person at Microsoft but there hours are 9 to 5 so if you call after hours, it will re direct you to the automated system. if you're from the US like me you will want to look up the number in that list for north America for whatever time zone you're in

I've called them and I go through what it asks, eventually getting to the problem, then the bot says "All of our password management has been moved online, please visit (x) website for further help. Goodbye." which is why I'm so frustrated with their poor customer service hotline, I've tried saying it was an Xbox problem, a home user problem, and even got to ask for a representative but all of the options ended with them saying support is online. Now I think my phone number is pre-determined to use the message that says its online because I don't even get options anymore, they pick up, say thanks for calling microsoft, all password stuff is online, goodbye. Any tips?
