I need help recovering a Microsoft email

Hello! I’m sorry if this is confusing, this whole situation has got me wrapped up, hah.

I haven’t played Minecraft in a while, and got logged out. I migrated the account a while ago, and had to make a new Microsoft account for the Minecraft account, but I have no idea on what email I had used. I tried checking all my browsers to see if my account was logged into anything, and I was logged into the Minecraft site. In order to see my account information, I have to log into the Microsoft website, and I don’t have my Microsoft email. I contacted Mojang, and they said I had to contact Microsoft support to retrieve my email. I tried filling out the email recovery form, but both times I tried with the (email that I thought I used), I got told that there wasn’t enough information provided in order to recover it. And I don’t see any options that will help my specific situation. I’m running out of options and I really don’t want to lose my Minecraft account. I would like to know if there is anything else I can do to figure out what email I used.

Darn. All emails regarding the migration had been deleted long ago, and my phone number is connected to a different account. It's alright if there's nothing else I can do, though. I appreciate the help!

This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Please be advised that our accounts’ primary key in accessing them through the system are our primary email addresses. Without knowing the correct email address, we may not be able to recover the correct account. Also, it’s the email address or phone number on our account aliases is needed to begin the account recovery process.

You may check your emails or email history to find traces where your Minecraft account was possibly migrated to. You can also try to check it on this link https://account.live.com/username/recover by entering your gamertag or a phone number that’s possibly linked to your account.

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.
