Thanks for time I have 3 question how do I use my ultimate passage these for free games to play I order it on Microsoft store I can't figure it out is a code I ned to redem I just have a order number on it can I use it kn both of my consoles and
also I cant get this game I bought at Walmart called pure farming 2018 it wo play at all any body no what I should do thanks for your time

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on capitalizing on the full features of your Game Pass Subscription. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing for anyone who's never used this sub before. You can access your games and
download them by pressing the Guide Button (the one Xbox symbol button in the center), then selecting My Games Apps. Once there, there should be a section dentoed All owned games,
where you can get and download the games. If you don't see it there, you should

remove and redownload your account.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

What console are you trying to use Game Pass Ultimate on? It will not work with Xbox 360 only Xbox One and PC.

I love dead or alive game series, when i got dead or alive 5 it was doing good on my x-box 360 then i heard about dead or alive 5 ultimate but they say you needed to have x-box live to get new characters and costumes so i downloaded x-box live now i cant
play either games, because x-box live "family Settings" which i have tried to deal with but everything tried would not do. Please help me , to set up x-box live "family Settings"
