I need help on Xbox email!

We appreciate the screenshot you have taken; however, it seems like it is not displaying any error message. Do you mind taking a screenshot when the error happens? Will it get fixed when you reload the site?

We tried to test this issue you were having as we went to Microsoft account | Your profile, uncheck and rechecking the boxes here only greyed out the save button.

This error happens upon saving.

Thanks for the reply and bringing this concern to our attention.

Upon replicating your concern, all the options listed under communication permissions is personalized according to your account's activity. It is stated that you will need to select from the options to stop receiving emails for the topics - "To stop receiving emails for the topics below, uncheck any topics you don’t want to receive, then select Save"

After saving the selection of my request to remove General info and offers from Microsoft. Indeed, it is showing an error message in the background and a message show the communication permission was updated.
