I need help on removing a membership that has a debt on it.(accident)

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with a subscription on your account.

At the bottom of the
page of where you purchase the Xbox Live Gold subscription, in the description section, you can read the following "subscription continues to be charged at the then-current regular price (subject to change), unless cancelled at www.microsoft.com/accounts".
This is also displayed prior to completing the purchase of your subscription when using the Xbox platform.

That being said, at the state in which your subscription is currently on, the other thing you can do to

cancel your recurring subscription charges, would be to settle that balance first, and then turn off the auto renewal of your subscription in the

Subscription and services, or attempt to follow the suggestions provided by Xbox Forums Ambassador RandyAU93.

However, keep in mind that the amount of usage while the subscription is active also plays a part in the Refund Team decision regarding the refund.

[mod removed] same, you have the same issue as me, i am in debt and don't have the money to get out of it, what a load of [mod removed] its telling me to pay off something i hjave not used of have been given, i knew the subscription had expired and now i
have to pay an unneeded fee, [mod removed]

Im not sure whats going on?......., i just tried to play a older game and it worked but none of the new games and this has been going on for 2 months already, even my son has been having problems. Im not in debt tho, they take the money every month from
my account so i shouldnt be in debt. You defintley need to check into that, but so far this Xbox game pass defintley needs to work on their customer servive and get their [mod removed] together.

It may be possible that it was accidently removed by accident. Have you tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it? I hope this helps.
