I need help on my MSFS installation on DVD, it will not push through on install on my windows

I'm sorry you are experiencing any trouble right now. No worries, I'm here to help you. If I may ask, have you tried to install the disc game on a different Windows device? This is for us to isolate the issue.

I would suggest you try each solution below to fix the issue.

Solution 1 - Run Windows App Troubleshooter:

Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & Security> Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

Solution 2 - Try to Reset or Repair the app

Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > [Name of App] > Advanced Options > Reset or Repair. Restart PC.

Solution 3 - Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt

Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer

Solution 4 - Re-register the Microsoft Store app:

Solution 5 -

Uninstall the app (from the Xbox app) and then reinstall it (again from the Xbox app).

Over the past 6 hours I have spoken to technicians from MS Store, Windows and Xbox, who have systematically looked at my PC from within (shared). The bottom line is that this is a new issue, not seen before. An Xbox technician has now used another account to access MSFS and start to download the App. He will call me again in the morning to continue as it will run for a few hours etc. Fortunately the person uses MSFS and can assist to see if it can be resolved using my accounts.

I've tried all the suggestions you posted and my MsFS just hangs on the loading screen. It started before the new su10 release for me. I decided to upgrade my NVMe hard-drive to 1TB. This past weekend I installed windows 10 and installed all updates and drivers. Then installed MSFS on this fresh hard drive with fresh windows install...and after installation I have the same issue. Background music is still playing and the blue bar is all the way to the right. I've checked my hardware and all is functioning as expected and no high temperature issues.

Been trying all week to get this to work. Very disappointed.

Windows 10 Pro

Intel i7 9700K (3.6GHz)

RTX3080ti

32GB 4000MHz RAM

2TB M.2 HDD (C: Windows)

1TB M.2 HDD (D: MSFS)

No I have not tried using a different connection as I have tested the ISP in a number of other ways. I have used a VPN, I have even downloaded another game from the xbox MS Store and it works without issue. I believe I have satisfactorily ruled out the ISP as the issue and need to focus elsewhere.

I have tried disabling the antivirus software. I have formatted all hard drives, reloaded Windows and disabled Windows defender. I then reloaded MSFS. The system condition:

Newly formatted HDDs, all virus software disabled/not installed, clean install of Windows, clean install of MSFS (purely vanilla state). Minimal software installed, so there are no incompatibility issues.

I have tried MSFS installed on different HDD.

I have updated Windows and GPU drivers and all other system drivers. I have tested the memory to confirm no issues.

I am more than satisfied that my system is capable and working without issue.

MFS was working fine until Feb, when CTD issues started, now I can't even launch the sim. I have engaged MSFS support for the last 3 months and followed all of their recommended troubleshooting (extensive). MSFS Support advised I need to engage Microsoft because the issue is not with my system and software.

I want to confirm communication and authentication with the in-game server.
