    If it does there has to be an issue with the app itself since it is working on the web browser just fine!

    Try to uninstall and reinstall the app as it might correct the issue!

    Xcloud on a Windows 10 desktop PC

    You don't need bluetooth, If you cannot connect the controller wirelessly, then connect it with a cable instead. I connect my controller to my PC with a cable, and it works fine with Xcloud.
