I need help, my digital copy of advanced warfare won't play even though it's fully ...

I bought the xbox one Advanced Warfare addition, and even though my digital copy is fully installed it says I need a disk or my profile needs to be signed into my live account, which it is. What should I do? I really don't want to buy the disk

Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies download not working

I downloaded and re-downloaded havoc for advanced warfare, it didn't work. Then I got fed up and deleted my digital copy of the game. Now I can't get my digital copy of advanced warfare to download all the way and it just says incomplete everytime! I've
downloaded 2 other games in the past 24 hours with no issues. Please help because now I can't play Advanced warfare at all

 

Modern Warfare 2 & Modern Warfare 3

I'm having issues launching Modern Warfare 2 and 3 on my xbox one. Game won't launch and it's telling me that I do not own the game even though I just purchased the digital copy today. Any help will be appreciated. I have tried reinstalling the game and
issue still persist.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the problem.

 

I just did redeemed my sunset overdrive code and while it says it worked the game is not showing up in the queue, and wont let me access it all ?
