I need help locating my Minecraft Dungeons account

Hello,

I purchased 3 copies of Minecraft dungeons. I had not played the game for some time now but recently wanted to play the game again, however my launcher now has a Buy Now button instead of Play. 2 of my 3 accounts worked just fine and can still play the game, the 3rd account however has this issue. I reached out to Mojang support and provided the 3 transaction id's for the purchase of my game and they were able to confirm that the 2 working accounts were fine but that I have the 3rd account wrong. They also informed me I purchased the game using the Microsoft store app and that I would need to contact Xbox support to track down my account. I then contacted xbox support and was told that without the account information they cannot help me and that I would need to reach out to Mojang.

So Mojang tells me to contact xbox. Xbox tells me to contact Mojang.

To add insult to injury - the representative from Microsoft just hung up on me because I told her I didn't understand one of the words she said!

So I have 3 transaction id's - how can I track down the missing account?

There is no way to track the account with just the transaction ID. Youll need to recall the account or use the account recovery option at live.com in order to get it back.

3 days and 8 hours of phone calls and emails and not a single person mentioned this. Pathetic!

What about the fact that I have the credit card receipt for this purchase and no product to show for it. Can I open a dispute and get my money refunded. Wouldn't microsoft have to prove they sold the game to me and thus reveal which account it was assigned to?

The whole issue is that I can't recall the account - if I could recall the account then I wouldn't need help finding my account.

When I go to the live.com account recovery it asks me to enter my account. That makes no sense - any ideas? This is what it literally says

"Recover your account - We can help you reset your password and security info. First, enter your Microsoft account and follow the instructions below."

This helps me in no way.

Is a company this large and this technologically advanced truly unable to locate an account by any other means that the email address associated with it? I highly doubt that.

I run a pizza place, when I take a customer order the order gets assigned to their account. If the customer shows up to pick up their pizza but they don't remember their account I can find their order in several different ways. How is Microsoft unable to do this?

I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.
