These problems can be very complicated I suggest you contact your internet provider for advice on what to do also contact xbox support if they cannot help.

What type of firewall do you have?

Are there more than one Xbox console connected to the same router Internet connection?

Is NAT always "Open" when you run the network diagnostic test on your console?

I really need help here! I have a new router after upgrading my internet package and can't seem to change my NAT Type on games for the Xbox One to Open. I am able to log into my router and have admin access, I've tried port forwarding for all the ports in
TCP & UDP Microsoft says is needed to access to Xbox Live. I've even made rules to allow the ports through my firewall.

My Xbox also shows an Open NAT Type when I'm in network settings on the Xbox home, but as soon as I pop in a game to play, such as Modern Warfare, my NAT Type is shown as being Moderate.

What am I doing wrong?

I've tried everything, I tried assigning my profile to the controller about 5 times, I tried changing my nat from moderate to open but I can't get it to change, I unplugged my xbox, took the battery out of controller and tried different ones. Can't think
of anything else
