i need help in xbox live rewards system it wont show up my order history

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, then we are not fully informed on that program. You would have to contact their support for assistance. We see that you only have 250 Credits lifetime/pending Credits, so we have not "deducted" anything from your
account, as we have not performed a deposit.

I redeemed from the Microsoft Rewards app on my xbox. I don’t see an order history on there. However, when I go to my order history on my actual microsoft account, its not showing up there either. So, I basically have nothing to back up my case.

i also forgot to add that the problem is one of the purchases is not even showing in my order history but again both show redeemed on my xbox rewards page.

If they don't show on your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site, you'll need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

I didn't receive an e-mail with them, but when I look at my order history it shows up there.

Might want to check your order history and see if it's there.
