I Need Help, I Received a Code for Free DLC on Overwatch 2 from xbox and its not showing...

1. Select the " See Contact Options" or "Request a Call" button
   
2. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
   What are you having trouble with? - Subscription & Billing
   What's the issue? -Redeem a code
   
3. The third box will ask you to describe your issue "Digital code" and then select the "Next" button.
   
4. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
5. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

well its not just i cant get the map its also saying i still need to upgrade to premium which i bought from the marketplace but it is still saying i got free type(not even showing the dlc as free in mw3 game.)

You won't receive a code for that game. It should show as free to purchase from the marketplace. If it doesn't show as free, you'll need to post back so support can check into it for you.

yeah but today when I switch on the xbox its showing free to download but it charged me n yea I know its free from the 16th but it was showing free today, when I go to deals with gold u get 2 games showing free for the xbox one then u get the 360 game that's
free next to it and it was showing tron for free
