    I Need Help!! I keep getting falsely suspended and no one in enforcement is taking it...


    I’ve received four false suspensions within a month from using the LFG system on Xbox on marvel rivals that has over a million players. Many people putting up posts a lot. I thought it was a simple mistake but nope. Xbox enforcement is really useless, they do not do their job or look at appeal properly. In every appeal and email I provided statements and proof showing how I’m not in breach of anything. No one listens or cares. I need help because people won’t do the job they get paid for. I’m at the point of suing and have a valid case and the proof to go along with it. I don’t want to have to go down that road but that is my only option so my account doesn’t get banned.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspension so they would be the only ones who could do anything. If they're denying your appeals, then they've looked into it twice (the original suspension and the appeal) and have determined you did something to violate the rules.

    Keep in mind that LFG posts are only for looking for other people to play a game with. They should essentially be "I'm looking for X amount of people to play this game with". Anything other than that will typically result in a suspension.

    I’m aware and I did exactly that. I have every bit of proof as it’s on my profile activity. I’ve been dealing with this 4 times this month. I need someone who can help not what not to do’s. I’ve read the Tos and the CoC. I’ve violated nothing. No one in support cares to listen or help.

    Player Overly Aggressive and Nonsupporting Filing Complaints On Me?

    One complaint all it takes. If someone that keeps reporting you and if you haven't done anything wrong you don't need to worry. That person who kept filling False Complaints could end up getting Suspended themselves.

    Falsely reported

    You do realise it maybe a coincidence. Enforcement can be fast but most of the time it can take a while. You do not get falsely suspended. When a report is filed, data is grabbed and the Enforcement team review that data and take appropriate action.
