I need help. I cant seem to play any multiplayer game.

On rocket league, it kicks me out when just going into a game.

On rainbow six siege, I'm the last person left as to load into the game. (takes like 5 mins to get in a single round)

And on apex i cant seem to get into a game because it delays a lot (especially when i try to pick my character) and either crashes (back to the title screen with error) or freezes in the middle of the game and crashes.

It could be my internet but the network settings say my multiplayer connection, network connection is good. My network speed and statistics are good compared to the requirements and my NAT type is open. (sometimes its moderate, i just restart to get open)

I restarted my router and moved it closer to my Xbox and it is still the same issue. I can surf the web easily but the multiplayer is the problem. I tried deleting my account and re-adding my account twice and once it worked but it was only for a little
while till the issue came up again. The second time just didn't work at all.

The issue just came up one day while I was playing apex and now I don't know what to do.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this issue?..
