I need help getting Windows computers to see each other

I have four computers on a network, three are Windows 10, the 4th is Windows 7. Computer 1, my main computer can only see the Windows 7 computer. Computer 2 can see 3 & 4 but not Computer 1. Computer 3 can only see computer 4 and computer 4 can't see any of them. I especially need for computers 1 & 2 to see and communicate with each other. I have file and printer sharing enabled on both of them.

Thank you for your post Yuhao. These four computers are connected through ethernet. The one that is Windows 7 can be seen by the other computers but the other computers can't be seen by each other.. All computers can also see a couple of other computers that are connected by Wifi. I am going through your suggestions now. I am able to ping all computers successfully.

Have you tried pinging the IP Addresses among these devices? If the other devices can't be connected via Ping command, then they are not on the same network segment and you may need to set up file sharing again. If you're on a Wi-Fi network, set it to Private. And make sure you enable SMBv1, SMBv2, and SMBv3 in Windows. See detailed steps for file sharing in File sharing over a network in Windows.

Do what Elvis suggested and also make sure all your drivers are up to date. Especially the Network card and your Video Card. Do not use the Device Manager to verify if the drivers are updated. Go to each Manufacturer of each device, or to your computer manufacturer.
I had Microsoft working on mine for well over 30 hours to finally figure this out.
