    I need help getting on live on my xbox 360


    I cannot get on my xbox live I've reset my password I don't know how many times and it keeps giving me the same response which is oops there is something wrong go to account.live ..Com and I do and I really need to talk to a customer support agent but evidently you can't so I purchased a card to go live for nothing coz I can't get on . Ii have tried everything
