I need help getting my digitally owned copy of nba 2k13 for xbox 360.

I bought nba 2k13 years ago and now I'm trying to re-download it from xbox live through my download history but it looks like xbox live removed this title from the atore and unfortunately from my library too! I need help please!

Unrecognized Disc

I keep getting really angry because i've always wanted NBA 2K13, which I got it for Christmas so exited, played about 1 or 2 games turned the Xbox off moved it so it wouldn't break, after 10 minutes, I turned it back on clicked play game ( NBA 2K13 ) then
at the start menu " Unrecognized Disc " popped up. The other Games work but NBA 2K13 doesn't, I'm only 10 years old please help me!!!!!

Disconnecting from Xbox Live

Sometimes I get disconnected from Xbox Live, but the weird part is, it is normally when I'm playing NBA 2K13. I've played other games with no issues, but I'll be playing NBA 2K13 and I'll get disconnected. I downloaded the game from the Marketplace in Games
on Demand, it isn't an actual hard copy of the game. I've tried resetting my router and testing the connection and everything is fine, but only when I'm playing NBA 2K13 and occasionally when I'm in the dashboard.

i also can connect to internet but can connect onto my nba 2k13 server coz it is not available

If you want to play an NBA game get 2K13, skip this frustratingly broken release. I wish I would have, bought digital and am stuck with my purchase. The franchise was so great until this year I figured digital was safe... I WAS VERY WRONG. If you have to
try it yourself, Gamefly it or redbox or rent in some fashion.

the nba 2k12 servers are down. only nba 2k13 and mlb 2k12 is working.

So after a number of attempts I was able to get NBA 2k13 to install to my jump drive. I can now play without getting the dis read error.
