I need help getting more home xbox tickets

Just a friendly reminder though that Xbox Support can’t give us another switch but we can definitely wait if we can get an extra one through the survey. Please follow the steps below:

“Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

If you see the option "HELP" please click that and if you see a choice of "Need one more?" you may get an additional one by answering a quick survey.”

I just picked up my ticket and headed home. No need to hang around when I have a place reserved

Do both accounts currently have an active Xbox Live Gold membership or Game Pass Ultimate? If only one of them has the subscription and the other is using the home console sharing feature to bypass needing one, that could explain why one account works and the other doesn't.

My recommendation is to open an Activision support ticket to help drive more traffic to this issue from their support so we can get this resolved more quickly.

I will send over my findings on my end but feel free to open a ticket as soon as possible. You can do so here

If you want to share between Xbox's you need to have one set as the "Home Xbox" And everyone has to have their accounts set up as their main account on that Xbox,

Yes i agree with that. Thats why if they dont do that, then i am hoping for the player servers again. I love 1,000 ticket games in BF3. So much fun.
