I need help getting into my sister's account

I need help getting into my little sisters account and I forgot the password so I tried many passwords and now It says it's blocked and I can't try anymore I don't have the phone number anymore so I tried the verification form but it says I didn't have enough information can someone please help me get back into it it has all her stuff on it and the account is in my family group if you want proof of knowing the account can someone please help

You can still talk to support, but they don't have the authority to return an email that they can't prove belongs to you.

If you cannot prove to support that the account is owned by your sister, you will not be able to get it back, otherwise anyone could illegally claim your account.
