I need help getting a verification code text sms

Try Different Communication Method:
If you're not receiving the verification code through text message (SMS), consider trying an alternative communication method, such as email or a phone call. On the verification screen, look for the option to receive the code through an alternative method.

I have already spoken with all forms of support calls and text support chat, exhausted all options. I obviously do not know any associated emails, cause thats the first thing anyone ever suggests.

The only option I have left is to somehow be able to get a short code message for a landline. The only option I found out is that landline texting can only receive SMS but not short code message verifications.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through, Sign in to the Advanced Security Options page of your Microsoft account. Expand the verification option and select Remove.

If that option does not work, I recommend checking your spam folder, the code may arrive.

usually verification codes are sent through email or sms. if you can't find it contact support.

Log into your account and verify the contact information to make sure the code is going to the correct number.
