I need help getting a custom gamerpic

Hey there Gray1375,

To put it simply, if you're on a child account you won't be able to use this feature. You'll need to wait until you reach the age of majority in your country before you'll be able to upload a custom gamerpic.

is this for custom gamerpicture if so then there is no setting

You need to be an adult to have custom gamerpics

Usually it get verified within 24 hours custom gamerpics but if you aren't older then 18 years you can't get a custom gamerpic

If you mean get a custom gamerpic then all you need to do is install the xbox app then sign in to your account. Then after that go to your profile and when changing your gamerpic there should be an option to use your own image.
