I need help from a Xbox moderator

there is nothing they can do here you need to contact your internet service provider , its a direct attack from a pc/server on your internet connection , probably targeting a port the xbox uses

Like "archst3r" said you need to call your ISP and they should be able to assist you with this

Before trying any other methods to change your IP address, try turning off (or unplugging the power of) your cable/DSL modem for five minutes.

• You can change your address by entering your modem/router interface this specific to each device so you may need to Google it.
  
• I would suggest like the others that you contact your Internet Service Provider as they can walk you step-by-step through this process, as well process or direct if you would like to follow up with a cyber crime complaint.
  

You occasionally get a survey if you post a question in the support section,they want to know how their support staff helped you.

What ironic about it is 9 times out of 10 the support staff never answer your question,its other users that do.

As for the free microsoft points,every time i have had one of those surveys the points offer has already expired before the survey was even sent to me.

It's fine, it's probably just the company/website that they use for the survey to stop server clogging or something like that, im not entirely sure but the clogging, if thats even a thing, but it should be fine, if you dont want to do anything then you dont
have to. Im sure i've been on that site to do the same before.
