I need help fixing my Xbox Series S Wifi problems.

Hi. I am completely unable to connect my Xbox series S to wifi. I’ve tried different wifi’s. Nothing is working. I’ve done everything possible so I used factory resetting as my last resort because that’s what I read online. I’m now unable to get past the set up pages due to not being able to connect to wifi. It glitches and goes back to the part where it shows the code to connect to the xbox app. I’m not sure if I need professional repair or if I can do it on my own.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Before thinking about any repairs, please check if the console is able to connect to a network via ethernet cable.

Regarding the problem when connecting to a WiFi network, what error do you receive when trying to connect?

Are you able to see the WiFi networks?

Hi, my Xbox Series S is connected to WiFi but I will try directly connecting it to my router. My games were installed directly to the Xbox Series S but I just bought a external SSD drive 5 minutes ago to move everything so I can have more room and incase i needed to reset my Xbox. Let's see if those changes will help. Otherwise I have nothing else connected to my Xbox Series S. I have no mobile hotspot currently.

I have the same issue.

Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.

The problem has started this week my console is a series S and it's works on my neighbors 5G wifi

You may need a wifi adapter.

Xbox 360 S Has a wifi into it don't need a usb wifi
