Come on guys I thought the $14 option xbox live was what I needed to play online brought it logged on found out I needed ultimate gold bla bla payed for that. I've cut costs trying to get abit of cash in saved up n stopped xbox sub but I think xbox gold and xbox ultimate gold wore two different subs that wore not what I needed to just play online....how hard is it to get a 3 minute conversation to ask for a refund of something I thought I hadn't used in 2 weeks but is something I haven't used in 2 months
