I need help figuring out how to get rid of the dashboard setup I don't know what's up with...

Hi my name is mel and i am an independent advisor. Unfortunately going back to the previous dashboard is not possible, but to customize your dashboard a bit more to your liking you can reorder it to your liking:

To reorder the items that are listed in a group:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Groups.
Highlight any game or app in a group, and then press the View button to move the game or app within its group.
Use the Directional pad (D-pad) on the controller to move the item to a new spot, and then press the A button to confirm the placement.

I'm trying to figure out what specifically i need to delete from my hard drive so i dont just go throwing out all my information in H4. Does anyone know what exact files i need to get rid of to continue this process?

Thank you for you help, I was able to figure out how to factory reset the console and get rid of the parental controls.

i figured out how to get rid of the Briarhearts stuck in my inventory thanks to the Repairing the Phial quest glitch. I ate them. Now I just need to figure out how to get Riordans Drum, Finn's Lute and that kind of bullsh*t out. Not to mention the runed
lexicon and that kind of stuff.

honestly, i don't know what to do. youtube dashboard? what's that? maybe i can figure it out. not sure. do i have to make it public?
