Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to log into your account.

Are you able to log into the
Xbox website with your account? How about the
Xbox Console Companion App?

If you are able to sign into each of these with no problem, what I would recommend would be to

remove and re-add your account onto your console and see if that allow you back into your account.

Give this a try and let us know your results!

Tried this 4 times and it keeps saying the account that bought it needs to sign in. I spent $90 on this and it shows completed by the purchases.
