I need help discovering which Microsoft account is connected to my Minecraft account

Bryce, I know how confusing this can be — Minecraft accounts can only be linked to one Microsoft account, and once they’re connected, they can’t be moved or transferred. If you’re getting the message that your Minecraft account is already linked, it means there’s another Microsoft account out there that has ownership, even if you don’t remember which one.

Here’s what you can do to try and track it down:

Step 1: Think of any alternate Microsoft accounts you've used

Check old emails you might’ve used when buying or migrating your Minecraft account

Try searching inboxes for terms like “Minecraft”, “Mojang”, or “Microsoft account”

If you have old usernames or gamertags in mind, write those down — they can help during recovery

Step 2: Sign in to www.minecraft.net using each Microsoft email you can think of

Go to the top right and click “Log In”

If you're able to sign in and see “Minecraft: Java Edition” or your profile name, you’ve found the account that owns the license

If you get redirected to buy the game, that Microsoft account is not the one with ownership

Repeat this with each Microsoft account you think you may have used.

Step 3: If you still can’t find it, contact Minecraft support

Go to: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/requests/new

Select Minecraft > Account > I need help with my account

In the description, explain the situation just like you did here

Provide your Minecraft username, any old emails you might’ve used, and your preferred Microsoft account

Support may ask for extra info to confirm identity, but if they can verify the original purchase, they might help you recover access

Important note: Minecraft accounts cannot be transferred between Microsoft accounts once linked. Recovery focuses on helping you access the original Microsoft account that owns the game.

the minecraft account was not migrated to another microsoft account, but to a yahoo email. I am aware of the email, reference code, card details, purchase date, my Microsoft account information and my Minecraft name (which may have been changed). I don't need help recovering my Microsoft account, as I have already managed to recover it. But I wanted to ask for help in migrating Minecraft from the scammer's email to the original Microsoft account (which is the one I'm writing with). Obviously I will provide you at Microsoft with all the information necessary to get your Minecraft account back. (if I try to log in to the launcher with my Microsoft account it tells me that I didn't purchase the game, which is false and I can test it with the data I listed before).

I have fully access to my microsoft account but I suspect that during the time where the hacker was connected to my account, he unlinked my minecraft account and my microsoft account, if its even possible.
Since then, I have to connect to my microsoft account when Im on the minecraft Launcher, and whenever I'm connected, it seems to be with the wrong account, since it asks me to buy Minecraft.

One of the questions I had is : is it possible to know which email adress is linked to a Minecraft account's name ? My Minecraft name is Iokko (iokko, not Lokko)

A lot of people say that Mojang can transfer the Microsoft account connected to my Minecraft account. Thats all I need 2 do. My Minecraft account wasn't hacked.

Same thing is happening to me on my ps4. It says my account is already connected to another account but I received an email saying that the Microsoft account was logged into PlayStation but on my ps minecraft shows that I’m not logged in. I’ve already contacted PlayStation and Minecraft and they both told me the same thing but nothings changed. I’m in desperate need of help
