    I need help.data sync crash issue


    I've been playing mcc till a few days ago when i tried to boot it up (on xbox one s), and the game tried to sync my save files on the main menu witch made the game crash and close ever since. If i disconnect from wi fi it opens up perfectly but as soon as i connect to internet it says "data save sync failed" and crashes. I cant play coop with friends nor online mp nor get achievements. I deleted my save files from console, console & live. Reinstaled all mcc twice on the insider update & regular xbox software. And it still crashes. I just wanna play coop with friends. Please i dont know what to do anymore and i found a fistfull of reports online with people having this problem, but most are from a few weeks/months back

    Xbox One App Streaming crashes all the time

    @MightyRouse

    Seems like you need to have the sync settings to "Use 3D Application Settings". As I was also using Fast Sync and it would instantly crash the streaming. I'm guessing the XBox app needs to be locked at something like 60.
    So glad I found this result in google. I've been trying to fix the crash issue for a couple of days, this helped me solve it. I limited the app to 60fps and no more crashes since :)

    i've got another issue now yes. just installed fifa and it crashes after i've loaded it up and chosen the language. just as it said it was syncing. tried again and it's crashed at the exact same spot.

    Are you having issues syncing your data? Is the game not saving? Is it crashing? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that fixes the problem?

    I'm having the same issue. For me its the cloud sync that causes the crashing. When I re-install it and start it up again I cancel the cloud sync and it runs just fine. I can't find any fix for it or any way to delete cloud save data for PC game pass games.
