Yeh try renown loading you account if that doesn't work try creating a new avatar and then go to download history for your avatar clothing if that doesn't work come back to me ill help you throw this I'm a xbox ambassador so give me back an email if would

Doing that doesn't work. I already attempted it. As for downloading it under a new profile apparently it needs to be a gold membership, because the download option doesn't show up for the new profile I just created.

That doesn’t work. It says this email already has an account. When I sign into my Xbox account with that email it comes up with another gamertag that isn’t mine that I’ve never used

Thats because the new alias (if its a Microsoft email) would have to be one that doesn't already exist because It creates a new Microsoft email when you go to add a new alias.
