    I've recently gotten scammed, a few hours ago as i'm submiting this, and the person stole my Microsoft account and deleted it. I don't know if the person created a new one wich is the one i'm currently using (because i found it's email and sent them a special message let's say) or if i accidently created a new one because i had a ton of tabs open and i was panicking.

    Anyways.

    The account was my first ever Microsoft account i've had for years and on it i had Minecraft from a friend who bought it for my birthday, it was connected to Microsoft Edge where i was collecting points for a specific reward and it was also connected to Xbox (live? i'm not sure) to work with Minecraft. Also my computer works with this email so i'm so scared to death to turn it off in fear i can't connect into my computer/windows profile with the Microsoft Hello PIN i created for the Microsoft account that got stolen since i don't even know if it still works as this account (the one i'm using to submit this) doesn't seem to be the same i used to have at all.

    I've looked into the **** support system and nothing fits for my specific issue.

    I don't know what to do...

    If any Microsoft workers or any one who's qualified answers my screams for help, i'll give more details about the account i used to have in private ONLY.

    I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account. In such cases, the only thing you can do is submit a recovery form. If you can still perform actions with your email, you can fill out the recovery form and the responsible team will help you recover your account.

    If your gamertag was changed during the unauthorized access you want to call and have them file a dispute. You should get a forced name change or 800 microsoft points to change it.

    In addition to what Vernier stated (which was correct), watch your email address that you gave them as a contact email for the resolution to the issue, as that is how they will contact you. Also the current estimated time for UA cases is up to 3 days based
    on complexity, so if goes beyond 3-5 days, definitely give them a call back, refer to the SR number, and see what, if anything, is holding up the investigation.
